Qualifications
Born in Cyprus, Natia moved to England to study at the British School of Osteopathy where she completed a Bachelor of Osteopathy in 2007. Following this, Natia furthered her education by undertaking a diploma at the Institute of Classical Osteopathy (DCO). Additionally she studdied medical acupuncture (or ‘dry needling’), which she uses to treat musculoskeletal conditions. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Association in the UK. Registration number: 6441, and with the Cyprus Osteopathic Association Registration number: 5.
Brief Background
Following a year of practice in London, Natia moved to Northern England where she undertook an associate position at one of the busiest practices in Leeds (Good Health Centre). Here she worked for a period of 4 years where she gained invaluable experience.
Areas of Interest
Natia uses both structural and cranial approaches to treat patients of all ages from babies to the elderly. She aims to gain a deep understanding of the patient's lifestyle as well as the nature of the symptoms. In this way she can help people not only through treatment, but by also giving advice on day to day activities, exercises and stretches. Her training in clinical pilates has reinforced her abilities to help patients regain their strength and core stability in order to get back to their daily life.

ELISE NGUYEN

Qualifications
Originally from France, Elise completed her Master's degree in Osteopathy at the Collège Ostéopathique de Provence in Marseille in 2011. She has since pursued extensive continuing education in paediatrics, perinatal and obstetric osteopathy, soft tissue techniques, sinokinesiology and the Mechanical Link, a gentle and precise approach developed by Paul Chauffour, which she has studied with its leading practitioners including Eric Prat, Jacques Michaud and Hélène Loiseau. More recently she completed training in vascular osteopathy and scoliosis management, and attended the LMO International Symposium in Rome in 2025.
Brief Background
Since graduating, Elise has built an international career spanning France, Canada, Vietnam and Indonesia. She has held positions at established clinics including the Finland Osteopathy Clinic and PhysioM in Muscat, as well as running her own private practice. She has also provided osteopathic support at corporate workplace programmes and sporting events including trail running, mountain biking, nautical sports and rugby. She joins us most recently from Ubud Osteo in Bali.
Areas of Interest
Elise's approach is guided by the Mechanical Link, working precisely to address the underlying causes of dysfunction. Alongside hands-on treatment she offers nutritional and dietary advice and stretching guidance, placing great importance on patient education as part of the recovery process. She has a particular interest in paediatric and perinatal care, and in supporting athletes throughout training and recovery.

We are delighted to announce that Paul Bell, Founder and Clinical Director of The Osteopathic Centre in Singapore, will be collaborating with our clinic here in Cyprus.
Alongside running his own established clinic in Singapore and teaching internationally, Paul will be working with us on an occasional basis, offering his extensive knowledge and specialist skills to our patients.
Qualifications
Paul holds a Bachelor of Osteopathy from COET in the UK. He is a highly experienced UK-registered osteopath (Registration number: 5080) with over 20 years of clinical practice.
Paul completed a Professional Doctorate in Health at the University of Bath (UK), where his research focused on how movement analysis and adaptation can enhance injury management and rehabilitation. As part of his doctoral work, he created Singapore’s first clinic-based 3D markerless movement analysis suite, combining research-level motion assessment with hands-on osteopathic treatment.
Brief Background
Before training as an osteopath, Paul served as a Royal Marine Commando, one of the UK’s elite armed forces. Outside of his professional life, he is an active adventurer an ultra-marathon runner, telemark ski instructor, skydiving instructor, and keen kayaker.
Areas of Interest
He brings vast experience across all aspects of musculoskeletal health, with particular expertise in sports injuries, pre- and postnatal care, and paediatric osteopathy. He works closely with medical and allied health professionals to provide holistic support for both mothers and babies.
He also has a strong clinical interest in jaw-related conditions such as grinding, clenching, headaches, and migraines. Over the past twelve years, he has collaborated with specialist dentists to help manage these complex issues, extending his expertise to include feeding and latching challenges in newborns.
