What is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy is an established and recognised way of diagnosing and treating which aims to find balance between the structure and function of the body.

Osteopaths take a holistic approach in their diagnosis and treatment and believe that your whole body works in synchronicity and that it works better if it is in good structural balance. This effective and natural approach to healthcare can be used to ensure a healthy functioning body.

It is a form of manual therapy that can benefit many types of aches, pains and strains in people of all ages. Many people who seek treatment suffer from neck, back and shoulder pain however osteopathy can help a very broad range of conditions.
