Qualifications
Born in Cyprus, Natia moved to England to study at the British School of Osteopathy where she completed a Bachelor of Osteopathy in 2007. Following this, Natia furthered her education by undertaking a diploma at the Institute of Classical Osteopathy. Additionally she studdied medical acupuncture (or ‘dry needling’), which she uses to treat musculoskeletal conditions. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Association in the UK. Registration number: 6441, and with the Cyprus Osteopathic Association Registration number: 5.
Brief Background
Following a year of practice in London, Natia moved to Northern England where she undertook an associate position at one of the busiest practices in Leeds (Good Health Centre). Here she worked for a period of 4 years where she gained invaluable experience.
Areas of Interest
Natia uses both structural and cranial approaches to treat patients of all ages from babies to the elderly. She aims to gain a deep understanding of the patient's lifestyle as well as the nature of the symptoms. In this way she can help people not only through treatment, but by also giving advice on day to day activities, exercises and stretches. Her training in clinical pilates has reinforced her abilities to help patients regain their strength and core stability in order to get back to their daily life.

Qualifications
Simon graduated with a Masters degree in Osteopathic Medicine in 2018, but he has had a long and varied career in bodywork for over 20 years. He is registered with the General Osteopathic Association in the UK. Registration number: 10029
Brief Background
Simon originally graduated as a personal trainer with the National Association of Sports Medicine in 2006. A year later he decided to attend his first 200-hour yoga
teaching programme with the Himalaya Valley Yoga School in Goa and became a recognised yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance Professionals.
In 2008 he also attended a BTS in Pilates.
In 2016 he completed a level 3 BTEC Sports Massage Therapy Course before completing his Osteopathy masters. He worked as an Assistant Lecturer in the European School of Osteopathy between 2018 and
2020.

For over 10 years Simon has worked with high profile sports athletes training his clients in advanced biomechanics of sports science movement.
He is a member of the Osteopathic Council of Ireland and the General Osteopathic Association in the UK.

Qualifications
Margot graduated with a Diploma in Osteopathy in 2021 after completing her 5 year studies at the College of Osteopathy Strasbourg and the Toulouse Institute of Osteopathy in France. Her dissertation focused on the osteopathic treatment of wisdom teeth, with a particular emphasis on the tissue-fascia approach. She has also completed training as a LaHoChi Reiki Energeticist, which enriches her osteopathic practice with complementary holistic techniques.
Brief Background
Margot began her professional career in France, undertaking numerous clinical placements during her studies where she treated a wide range of patients, from newborns to elderly individuals, including those in maternity wards, hospitals, and care facilities. Following graduation, she gained experience through multiple replacement and collaboration roles across different regions of France, building strong adaptability in treating diverse patient needs. In 2023, she expanded her career internationally by practicing in Australia, where she further developed her skills in musculoskeletal care. Since then, she has continued to work as both a self-employed osteopath and in collaborative roles, providing high-quality care across various communities.
Areas of Interest
Margot has a keen interest in holistic approaches to health and well-being, which is reflected not only in her osteopathic practice but also in her lifestyle. She enjoys yoga, swimming, and hiking,
and has a strong passion for dance, practicing styles such as modern jazz, oriental, and salsa. These activities complement her dynamic and patient-centered approach to osteopathy, supporting her
belief in the importance of movement and balance in everyday life.
