Qualifications
Xenia completed her Sports massage therapy Level 3 ITEC course in 2017 at the European School of Osteopathy in Kent while simultaneously completing her 3 year BSc (Hons) in Human Nutrition at LSBU, London. Since then she worked for herself at Greencrest Therapies and also at the Osteo Group, an Osteopathic clinic in Kent. Xenia held the position of both sports and holistic massage therapist and nutritional adviser.
Brief Background
Xenia’s holistic background and approach to manual therapy originated in 2013 when she completed her 200 hour Sivananda Yoga Teaching Training Course in Dhanwantari Ashram, in Neyyar Dam, Kerala, India. She has taught traditional yoga in various sports, golf, tennis and spa clubs such as David Lloyds and Reynolds in the UK. She has also organised numerous Yoga workshops specialising in breathing techniques, mudras and deep body relaxation.
