Qualifications 

Nikolay holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Management and Innovation from Jönköping University, Sweden, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Essex, United Kingdom. Alongside his academic background, he has extensive professional training in massage therapy, bodywork, kinesiology, and holistic wellness. 

He is certified in Massage Therapy and continues to expand his knowledge through ongoing study in manual therapy and structural techniques under the guidance of the clinic’s practitioners.

Brief Background

Nikolay developed his passion for body mechanics and recovery through an active lifestyle and years of practicing multiple sports, including strength training, cycling, and martial arts. This firsthand understanding of movement and physical performance naturally led him to the field of therapeutic massage and holistic health.

He founded and managed a successful private massage and personal training practice, where he supported clients in rehabilitation, stress management, and performance optimization. His multidisciplinary background in management, health, and technology gives him a comprehensive view of human wellbeing combining precise technique with a mindful approach.

Areas of Interest

Nikolay has a particular interest in postural alignment, muscular tension and stress-realted conditions, spoprts recovery, and myofascial release. His treatments are tailored to each person's needs, aiming to restore balance, mobility, and overall vitality.
